Does items run true to size?

Yes. Most items do run true to size. Items that do not, are put in the specified product description.

Do you offer plus size?

Yes. NVtique has an assortment of clothing and sizes. Please use the search bar for a specified size.

Is this boutique just online?

Yes. We service the USA and abroad.

How does NVtique handle International Orders – Delivered Duty unpaid (DDU) ?

NVtique does ship internationally. However, NVtique is not responsible for any additional fees you may have to pay in order to receive your package. Once package has been shipped and out of our possession , there is nothing we can do.

What about Digital Downloads ?

Digital downloads are delivered to the email address provided at check out. Please allow up to 10 minutes for the system to deliver your order. If you have not received it within that time, reach out to our Customer Service 470-227-4848 or email us at info@nvtique.com and we will email it to you directly.

What is your return policy for Digital Downloads?

Due to the nature of our products being digital downloads, all orders are Final Sale. There are NO refunds. NO returns or exchanges.
